What is Kiryu?
Update 45 notes say Kiryu was rebalanced along with Godzilla 2000. The controls notes give Absolute Zero Cannon a maximum of 3,750 damage and a 100-second cooldown, up from 44 seconds. That makes slot 5 a committed ultimate on this body, not a button to press on cooldown without a target. A Cell price for Kiryu is not on the August 30 price table.
